This site takes a different approach to HRM. It’s the official US SBA site. Here you’ll find out the govt. aspect of HRM and what laws govern how you deal with staff and so on. E.g. it’s got guidelines on pay scales, timings, age limits, work hours and so on.

Another site containing lists of videos on different topics. For HRM, the lectures have been provided by professors of acclaimed universities so you can be assured of quality material. The website layout isn’t so good so you’ll have to look closely to find the different topics to the bottom right.
