There are two courses available here; one is the fundamentals whereas the other is the basics of chemistry about the periodic table in detail; atoms, bonding, different states of matter and so on.

Open Learning by Carnegie Mellon University; Introduction to Chemistry

Mainly dealing with chemical stoichiometry, you learn about the tools chemists use for molecular calculations and to determine the quantities and reactions. This course takes a more practical approach to an otherwise theoretical subject.

This course is equal to “Introductory Chemistry” and the site is run by Professor Paul Young of UIC. You learn of all the basics of chemistry along with access to slides, videos, lectures and a lot more. You can also receive feedback on your progress from the professor.

UMASS Boston Open Course Ware; Chemistry

Four courses are available, two on principles of chemistry and two on organic chemistry. Each has the first level as basic and the second being advanced.
